The permanent exhibition of the Museum Management and Oil Industry Document Center was officially opened with the presence of Hossein Shameli, head of the Museum Management and Oil Industry Document Center, and Seyed Ahmad Mohit Tabatabai, the head of the National Committee of Iranian Museums (ICOM).
According to the public relations report of the management of museums and the oil industry document center, the permanent exhibition of the management of museums and the oil industry document center, which is located in the central building of the 17th Ministry of Oil, documents and objects in 9 departments of human resources, oil exploration, drilling, oil and gas transportation, processing, export, distribution, organization and administrations of oil and art and oil have been exhibited.
Human resource is one of the parts of this exhibition, where the board of personnel cards of Abadan Refinery workers and files of workers and employees, as well as samples of written documents and audio-visual documents available in the document center next to related objects, as well as a history of the process of obtaining oil in Iran has been displayed.
Discovery is another part of this exhibition, in this part, the separation and recognition of geological layers and geological rock samples, along with exploration tools, replicas or pictures of a boiling oil spring, photos related to oil wells, and the first oil eruption in Masjid Suleiman are placed.
In the drilling section of this exhibition, offshore oil platforms, examples of drilling rigs, as well as a simulation of an onshore drilling rig and oil tank, and in the oil and gas transmission section, transmission pipelines, pressure booster stations, submarine pipes, bloomers, and diving and telecommunications equipment Oil is exposed.
The processing section, as one of the sections of this exhibition, has represented oil laboratories and research institutes with laboratory tools, and sample photos of crude oil and petrochemical products, oil barrels, types of oil, gasoline, and aircraft fuel have been displayed. In this section, firefighting tools and HSE are placed next to photos of firefighting in oil spills, war, and fires.
Oil export is also a part of this exhibition, where the replica and maps of Khark Island and the oil tanker, ship rudder and refinery oil tanks, giant oil tankers, marine LPG capsules, and transmission pipelines in the form of objects and documents, photos And the movie has been shown.
The distribution sector, is represented with the help of photos and objects, oil branches, and direct communication of the oil industry with the people by showing gas stations and cars on the street, gas pumps, gas and oil household uses, oil and gas heaters, use of petrochemical products. It is visible in everyday life.
The other part of this exhibition is related to the oil organization and administrations, where the history of the National Oil Company and the formation of the Ministry of Oil is told with the help of photos and historical documents, the logo of the National Company, office desks, office tools and equipment, welfare facilities and oil clubs in Abadan, Tehran, MahmoudAbad and... were exhibited.
In the art and oil section, the oil industry supported the artists by displaying paintings and photos, artistic works.
