With the expansion of studies in the field of knowledge management as management of the most important advantage of current organizations, emerging and important concepts in this field have been formed, which are often similar and different from other concepts. Knowledge hoarding is defined in the theoretical literature as the increasing and inaccessible accumulation of knowledge resources in an organization, which is often not even requested due to lack of knowledge about the existence of knowledge. In the theoretical literature of hoarding, there is a topic in psychology called hoarding disorder that examines its clinical roots. For this reason, two different approaches to managing knowledge hoarding are introduced. The first approach examines the psychological and individual disorders associated with hoarding, and HR managers use strategies such as entrance exams and periodic psychological monitoring. The second approach deals with environmental, managerial, organizational space, organizational culture, communication and other strategies related to the management of organizational knowledge hoarding. Given that hoarding is not a crime or error in some cultures and anyone can freely hoard whatever they want, so pursuing the knowledge dimensions related to hoarding is more important and complex. Also, knowledge hoarding is often neglected by managers and sometimes has irreversible effects on the organization in the long run. Knowledge hoarding has a direct inverse effect on the empowerment of other employees and leads to hoarding reciprocal behaviors and in the long run makes the organization dependent on some hoarding employees. Due to the lack of study of the broad dimensions of this concept, future studies in various fields, especially the relationship between hoarding and exclusivism, the effect of knowledge hoarding on empowerment and also the effect of job turnover on organizational hoarding are suggested.

Knowledge is considered to be the most important asset of todays’ organizations but despite so much effort in order to share knowledge, still there seems to be a lot of challenges. Previous studies show that people do not represent any kind of interest in an acceptable extent of knowledge sharing; even if there would be an appropriate level of facilities, they hide their knowledge. Knowledge hiding will end in reduced productivity and profitability. There are a lot of different factors which affect knowledge hiding in organizations. This paper aims at examining the effect of perceived ethical leadership on staff knowledge hiding considering the mediating role of psychological safety and meaningful work and moderating role of harmonious work passion. This article is an applied research in terms of the goal of research and in terms of data gathering method this study utilizes descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this research includes 4300 staff of an automotive company in Tehran and the sample covers 440 of these employees by simple random sampling method. Data gathered through standard questionnaire, and structural equation modeling by using AMOS and SPSS software, which utilized to analyze data. Content validity of final questionnaire has been confirmed by examining the comments of management experts. The structural validity examined by confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient proved to be bigger than 0.7 which confirmed the reliability. According to the results, perceived ethical leadership has a direct and negative effect on knowledge hiding. The positive roles of psychological safety and meaningful work as mediators and harmonious work passion as a moderator have been confirmed. The research concludes that the presence of ethical leaders is one of the factors which reduce knowledge hiding of staff in an organization.

Knowledge is a key element in fostering product and service innovation. One of the newest concepts proposed for using knowledge resources outside the organization is the concept of knowledge co-creation. Knowledge co-creation means the processes of voluntary collaboration between customers, researchers and organizational managers to create knowledge about products and services. The most important actor that plays a role in the co-creation of knowledge is the customer. The issue of customer knowledge co-creation is not yet well known in our country's insurance industry, so identifying its components and determining the influence of each of them is one of the challenges of current insurance companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the components of customer knowledge co-creation and provide a model of relationships between customer knowledge co-creation components in the country's insurance industry. The present study is a fundamental research based on the purpose and based on the data collection method is a descriptive-survey approach. In order to identify the components of the research, interviews were conducted with 14 experts including insurance industry managers and faculty members who are experts in this field. In order to present the model of component relationships, the standard questionnaire of interpretive structural modelling approach, which is based on pairwise comparisons, was completed by 10 experts. As a result of data analysis based on Grounded theory, 51 primary codes and 7 categories were extracted, which were classified into 5 levels by interpretive structural modeling approach. In this model, the component of "ICT infrastructure" is at the lowest level, which indicates the highest penetration among other components, which means that the change and development of this component, causes a change and development of other components of the model. Also, the components of "motivating customers" and "building trust", which are at the first level of the model, are the most influential components of the model. Therefore, in order to optimally implement the process of customer knowledge co-creation in insurance companies, strengthening the components of lower levels of the model, which have more influence, should be a priority in management decisions.

Considering the importance of knowledge management and the investigation of factors related to the phenomenon of knowledge concealment, the present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of employees' perception of exclusion on knowledge concealment with the moderating role of job stress and job independence. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research was considered to be the employees of the General Administration of South Khorasan Customs. 150 people were working in this general office in 2022, and according to Morgan's table, 108 of them were selected by simple random sampling. To collect data, standard questionnaires of knowledge concealment, perceived rejection, job stress, and job independence were used, and the validity and reliability of these tools were checked through face validity and construct validity (convergent and divergent validity) and calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability (CR) were confirmed. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods and structural equation modeling using SPSS15 and Smart PLS3 statistical software. The findings of the research showed that the perception of employee rejection causes knowledge concealment, and the moderating role of job autonomy was confirmed in the effect of these two variables on each other, but job stress did not have a moderating role in the effect of employee rejection perception on knowledge concealment. According to the results of this research, it can be stated that in order to prevent the phenomenon of knowledge hiding in the organization, managers should behave in such a way that the employees do not feel left out and considering that the variable of job independence in this Communication had a moderating role and reduces the concealment of knowledge, so it is suggested to increase the independence and autonomy of employees in the design or redesign of organizational jobs in cases where other conditions are also available.

The ability to imagine what will probably happen is one of the most important characteristics of successful companies, and it will be even more so if this company is a knowledge-based company whose basis of competition and competitive advantage is based on knowledge. Therefore, in this research, an attempt has been made to formulate possible scenarios and, as a result, appropriate strategies for these companies, by looking ahead to competitive advantage components in knowledgebased companies. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method it is survey type and exploratory level. The statistical population of this research was made up of 97 managers and experts in 46 science-based companies located in Shiraz Chemical Industries Technology Town and Science-based Fatko Holding, which according to the type and stages of the research, groups of 15 people, 7 people and 6 people were selected judiciously. Investigating the literature of the first stage, 4 main political, strategic, economic, financial, socio-cultural and technological categories were selected by reviewing the subject literature, and then 30 components were identified by re-using the subject literature and interviewing experts, and then using the opinion of a group of 15 experts. And by Delphi method, 26 competitive advantage components were finalized. In the second stage, in order to determine the mutual effects of the components, these components were included in 2 questionnaires and a group of 7 experts completed them. One of these questionnaires was developed for use in MICMAC analysis and the other for use in Scenario Wizard software. The existence of the scenario in the output of the scenario wizard software and the reliability of 95% of the MICMAC questionnaire guarantees the validity and internal consistency of these 2 questionnaires and the relevant data. The results of the scenario wizard software provided 8 acceptable (strong) scenarios, among which 3 optimistic, pessimistic and most likely scenarios were analyzed. By categorizing the advantageous components into 4 political/strategic, economic/financial, social/cultural and technological categories, the results of the three scenarios were also presented in this category. In the last stage, a 6-person group was used to formulate the necessary measures and policies, and this group finally suggested 12 measures for the optimistic scenario, 9 measures for the probable scenario, and 4 measures for the pessimistic scenario. In general, it can be said that in knowledge-based companies, the distribution of knowledge management power towards the four categories of more production, market development, project result orientation and more quality can provide a favorable scenario to achieve the maximum use of facilities and opportunities.

Today, due to the increasing crises and destructive events at all levels of organizations
and companies, flexibility has become the top priority of many organizations. Therefore,
given that the petrochemical industry is one of the most sensitive to the disorders and is
accompanied by rapid and technological changes and uncertainty, this study aims to
investigate the role of organizational agility in relation to social capital and knowledge
management in organizational resilience in the organization's resilience. Assaluyeh
Petrochemical Company was carried out. The method of research is applied, and in terms of
data collection, descriptive -survey. The statistical population of the research was the staff of
the Asalouyeh Petrochemical Company, with 430. For this purpose, 203 people were
selected as the statistical sample using a simple random sampling method using Cochran
formula. Research data collection tools include three Nunaka and Taguchi questionnaires
(1998) for evaluating knowledge management, Alamush et al. (2020) to evaluate social
capital and organizational agility and Priac and Partners Questionnaire (2018) for
organizational resilience. The formal validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the
comment of 10 academic experts. Also, the validity of the structural (convergent and
divergent narrative) was also examined and approved on the basis of the mean analysis of
the average variance and the reliability of the compound. To calculate the reliability of the
questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used (Knowledge Management: 0.802,
Social Capital: 0.807, Organization Tabs: 0.796, Organizational Agility: 0.821) and all
coefficients above 7.7 show That is, the measuring tool used has an acceptable reliability.
AMOS software was used to analyze demographic variables and descriptive statistics and to
analyze inferential statistics and structural equations method. The results showed that there
was a positive and significant relationship between social capital variables and knowledge
management with organizational agility variables and organizational resilience. As the
amount of t statistics is above 1.96 on all routes, which indicates a significant 95% level.
Also, the role of organizational agility mediation with the impact of 0.643 on the path
between knowledge management and organizational resilience is greater than the path
between social capital and organizational resilience with the impact of 0.120. In other
words, the influence of organizational agility on the relationship between knowledge
management and organization's resilience is greater than the relationship between social
capital and organizationism. Based on the results, it can be stated that one of the best ways
to deal with environmental change and reach a swift organization is to guide the
organization towards agile. Organizational agility also requires knowledge management and
management as one of the most important competitive advantages and developing social
capital to achieve organizational goals.

Nowadays, the need to address the role of networks has become increasingly important for the armed forces due to the limited resources on the one hand and the frequency of missions on the other hand. The network helps to give the right answer to the right people in war and in defense. Also, the network greatly reduces the fixed costs of war, including repairs and maintenance, readiness and support, as well as transportation costs. In this article, an attempt has been made to identify the role of networks in solving defense innovation bottlenecks in the eight years of holy defense. This research has worked in the scope of symbolic-interpretive research and inductive approach and based on the interview technique with targeted sampling and through snowballing in data collection. According to the type of data that often required the exploration of themes, the method of theme analysis was used. 17 people of science and technology experts, high-ranking officials of readiness and support, relevant ministers during the war and high-ranking commanders of holy defense have been interviewed in depth, and their tacit knowledge turned into explicit knowledge. In total, 173 primary themes, 22 basic themes and 7 central themes were extracted as the most key components. The final model shows the existence of three main network categories, including the organizational network (reviewing goals and policies supporting innovation and protecting innovation), national (focusing on the promotion of national social capital, innovative resource management, innovative human resource management) and international (soft management of knowledge and technology). in the international arena and the promotion of religious knowledge in the resistance front. Also, the model has specified the main functions of each of the networks.

Knowledge is the main intellectual capital of any organization. Sharing and using the knowledge that lies in the minds and capabilities of people is one of the most important strategies for the all-round growth of organizations in today's era. This research is practical in terms of purpose and by applying mechanism design theory in knowledge management, it seeks to create and share tacit knowledge and latent expertise of each individual to adapt the organization to the interaction environment full of competition and flexibility in the face of environmental changes. The desired goal of the organization is to take advantage of the opportunities that arise in the dynamic environment to maintain the competitive advantage by using the effective management of knowledge resources. To facilitate the work processes of the organization, it is necessary to design, ensure and establish consistent mechanisms in order to create sufficient internal motivations to ensure full alignment between the individual optimizations of employees and the desired goal of the organization. In this research, proper to monitoring has been investigated in research organizations in order to ensure the correct performance of the tasks assigned to the project manager. From library method, study of rules and regulations in research organizations and subject literature, data has been collected and analyzed through mechanism design theory techniques. The results of this study show that people do not share their information, knowledge, and abilities without having proper incentives. The findings of this research show that the theory of mechanism design can guarantee the effectiveness of knowledge management in monitoring the correct implementation of research stages by creating sufficient internal motivations in the supervisor of the project to share tacit knowledge. The present research can be effective in increasing the awareness of managers of research organizations in order to properly monitor research projects and achieve the goals of the organization.

The present research sought to extract a model from the knowledge dimension of the
innovation system by examining the models and scientific literature about the role of
knowledge in the innovation system to be presented in a defense organization and to discover
the interactions between the components of the model. This research has been formed in the
framework of the interpretative paradigm, with an applied and developmental approach, with a
deductive-inductive strategy and a mixed method. The research data was collected in library
and field and the sampling method was theoretical. The statistical population of this research
was the scientific articles available in the research databases and were reviewed in full. In the
quantitative part, the statistical population included experts in the field of innovation and
university graduates. In this research, data collection tools, including the review of documents
and documents, as well as the input matrix of the DEMATEL method were used in the form of
a questionnaire. The research community was reviewed in the qualitative section, including
specific scientific documents, using the theoretical sampling method. Also, in the quantitative
part of the research community, the experts in this field were considered with the purposeful
sampling method. In this research, using the meta-composite approach based on Barroso and
Sandlovsky's approach, which includes seven basic steps, and the exploration of past
researches, which according to the input criteria include scientific articles with a certain
grade and after the year 2000, concepts are extracted and finally The components of the
knowledge dimension of the innovation system were identified. These components, which
were collected from 48 sources after screening the sources, were extracted in the form of 84
codes, which were placed in ten basic themes. These themes formed the knowledge
dimension of the innovation system in the form of three categories of research, learning and
knowledge management. In the following, by using the Dimetal method, the method of
connecting the components and the interaction between them was investigated among the
experts of a military organization. The validity of the research was confirmed in the
qualitative part with the critical method and Cohen's kappa, and in the quantitative part by
referring to experts. The results showed that the two variables "Preliminaries of learning"
and "Protection of knowledge" are known as important players in the set of factors as factors
that have the highest total effect and effectiveness (with values of 2.0841 and 1.5240,
respectively). Also, two variables "Learning Introduction" and "Training" had the highest
net impact value (deduction of impact from effectiveness) in the set of these factors, with
values of 0.9726 and 0.2763, respectively. Therefore, these two factors are considered as the
most stimulating factors and they need to be taken into consideration in the plans.

behaviors on employees' silence and organizational deviant behaviors with the
mediating role of psychological contract breach. This research is applied in terms of
purpose and descriptive-surveillance in terms of nature. The statistical population of
the current research includes the employees of the large taxpayer’s unit, which consists
of 400 people, of which 227 people were determined as a statistical sample by simple
random method and power analysis method. In order to collect information, a standard
questionnaire was used and the data was analyzed by multivariate analysis based on
structural equation modeling with a covariance-based approach in Amos software
version 24. The research results show the confirmation of rationalized hiding on
defensive silence, evasive hiding on relational silence, rationalized hiding on relational
silence, evasive hiding on ineffective silence, rationalized hiding on ineffective silence
and defensive silence on organizational deviant behavior, relational silence on
organizational deviant behavior and Ineffectual silence on deviant organizational
behavior and Also, the results of the mediation analysis show that the construct
"psychological contract breach" has a mediating role for all relationships between the
dimensions of knowledge-hiding behaviors and the dimensions of silence So that the
said mediation process for the causal relationships between "playing dumb" and
"defensive silence/ ineffective silence" is complete and partial for the rest of the
relationships. In the section of the structural model, among the twenty-one proposed
hypotheses, seventeen were confirmed, among which the effect of relational silence on
organizational deviant behavior had the highest path coefficient (0.33).

questionnaire among the experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic
Republic of Iran. The survey research method is of the structural equation type, which
was implemented in the field. The statistical population of this research was formed by
the experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (N=320), from whom 273
questionnaires were collected in the form of available sampling. In order to collect
data, the green knowledge management questionnaire made by Siming et al. (2022)
was used, which consisted of 26 questions. In order to analyze the data, descriptive
indices and statistical tests of Cronbach's alpha coefficient, McDonald's omega
coefficient, theta coefficient, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor
analysis were used in SPSS, Lisrel and Stata statistical software. The results showed
the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.958, Ω=0.971, θ=0.983). Regarding construct
validity and based on the amount of relationships and significance level, all the
questions had a significant relationship with the components and were able to be a
good predictor for their factor. The ratios of X2 to df are equal to 2.58 and (RMSEA)
which is equal to 0.075, so the model has the necessary fit. Also, the indices of
NFI=0.95, CFI=0.95, GFI=0.91, AGFI=0.90 and IFI=0.96 confirmed the fit of the
model. Regarding the relationships of the components with the concept of green
knowledge management, the results showed that the components of knowledge
creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing and
knowledge application were able to be good predictors for the desired concept and
therefore have a significant impact on experts' environmental knowledge.

The present study investigates the impact of customer relationship management (CRM) as mediating variable on the relationship between customer knowledge management (CKM) and new product development (NPD). The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population of the research is the active companies of Khuzestan and West Azarbaijan province, among which 169 companies were selected as a sample based on Cochran's formula and available sampling method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire which has taken of literature. The dimensions of customer knowledge management variable, including knowledge about the customer, from the customer, and for the customer, respectively, have been measured based on the scales of Buchnoska (2011), Moosakhani, Haghighi, and Torkzadeh (2012), and Shami Zanjani and Najafloo (2011). The dimensions of customer relationship management variable including information, value, and multi-channel communication have been measured according to the scales of Kohli and Jaworski (1990), Jarvis, et al. (2003), and Jindal, et al. (2007). Also, New Product Development variable has been measured based on the scale of Cooper and Kleinschmidt (1995). To analyze the data, partial least squares method and SmartPLS software were used. Data reliability examination using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability test showed that the lowest value of Cronbach's alpha is related to the variable of customer knowledge with a value of 0.775 and the lowest value of composite reliability is related to the variable of customer knowledge with a value of 0.843. Therefore, the reliability of all variables was confirmed. The results showed that the path coefficient of CKM-CRM and CKM-NPD has been 0.833 and 0.612, respectively, the path coefficient of CRM-NPD has been 0.774, and the mediating effect of CRM on the CKM-NPD relationship has been 0.648. So all cases are significant at the 5% error level. These findings have several important scientific and practical implications, and therefore it is suggested that companies pay special attention to the importance of customer relationship management in activating knowledge management talent and new product development.

Today, with regard to preserving the environment and generating sustainable income, the closed-loop supply chain is at the center of attention as a means to reuse products. However, utilizing knowledge management in these chains without modern technologies such as blockchain is challenging. For this purpose, knowledge blockchains have been developed to enhance these capabilities. On the other hand, knowledge-based companies in the country, if they can harness the benefits of knowledge blockchains in their closed-loop supply chain structure, will be able to gain many advantages. This research has been conducted as an innovative effort to integrate knowledge management with the modern technology of knowledge blockchains in the closed-loop supply chain of knowledge-based companies. The objective of this research is to improve the performance and efficiency of these companies in knowledge management and the utilization of knowledge blockchains in the field of the closed-loop supply chain. To achieve this goal, first, by reviewing the research background, 10 factors influencing this research were identified. Subsequently, to validate the impact of these factors on the implementation of knowledge blockchains in the supply chain of knowledge-based companies, a One sample t test was employed. By confirming the influence of 10 significant factors and utilizing data from 14 knowledge-based companies situated in Yazd Science and Technology Park and collecting 83 questionnaires, the current status of knowledge-based companies in implementing blockchains in their closed-loop supply chain was identified using the fuzzy cognitive map technique. Based on the developed system structure, backward and forward scenarios were designed. The research findings indicate that the cooperation factor exerts the greatest influence on the behavior of other research factors. Among other results of the research, we can highlight the significant role of the reliability and security assurance factor compared to the interoperability factor.

The most important actor that plays a role in the cocreation of knowledge is the customer.

Knowledge management (KM) creates a collaborative environment that contributes to the improvements in the supply chain. It guarantees the access of members to external knowledge and the overall supply chain improvement in the competitive environment. The steel industry is considered as the second 'key' and 'strategic' industry after the oil and petrochemical industry in Iran. Implementing knowledge management in supply chains causes many costs due to some challenges. This study aims at selecting and ranking the KM challenges and solutions in order to apply them for improvement in the supply chain overall performance. First, the experts are asked to name and shortlist the challenges and solutions for the supply chain KM. The mentioned experts include 14 KM departments managers in the steel industry supply chain (Foolad Mobarakeh Complex, Ghaltaksazan Sepahan, Iran National Copper Company, Iran National Steel Company, Iran Alloy Steel Company and Isfahan Alloy Steel Company), KM consultants and KM professors. In order to identify the internal relationships among variables, the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory-DEMATEL is adopted. Afterwards, best-worst method (BWM) is utilized for weighting the challenges. Finally, complex proportional assessment (COPRAS) is used to rank the solutions to handle challenges. Matlab and Excel are used to analyze the results which are also verified in the steel industry supply chain. The findings indicated that lack of leaders' commitment towards KM, having a system of encouragement and reprimand for knowledge sharing and differences in the interests, values and culture of supply chain members are the most important challenges. Positive leadership towards KM, setting up incentives and reward systems for KM and strengthening the culture of cooperation in the chain are the highest rank solutions for removing the challenges or reducing their negative impacts.

Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing a persuasive knowledge management model of customers using the fuzzy TISM method. The current research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive survey in terms of nature and method, and exploratory in terms of information gathering method. The statistical population of this research is the experts who consist of marketing managers of companies producing green products and university professors, 30 of them were considered as the research sample using the purposeful sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy. The data collection tool is an interview in the qualitative part and a questionnaire in the quantitative part. To check the validity and reliability of the data collection tool in the qualitative part, the content method and theoretical validity and intra-coder-inter-coder reliability were used, and its reliability was confirmed with an agreement coefficient of 0.81 for the intra-coder method and 0.76 for the inter-coder reliability. Also, the validity and reliability of the data collection tool in the quantitative part was content validity and retest reliability, which indicated the validity and reliability of the questionnaires with a coefficient of 0.79. In this research, content analysis and coding with Atlas-T software were used to analyze the data in the qualitative part. Also, the fuzzy TISM method has been used for quantitative analysis. The results of the research include presenting the model of customer persuasive knowledge management in the four axes of the foundations of customer persuasive knowledge management, the dimensions of customer persuasive knowledge management, the methods of managing customer persuasive knowledge and its consequences. In this model, the components of using the principle of honesty and correctness in marketing, providing real advertisements to introduce the strengths of the brand and its products, using the techniques of audience analysis and personality analysis in the target market, and the use of an efficient content analysis team in providing advertisements that are at the lowest level of the model were identified as the components that have the most influence. This means that these components have the greatest effect on other components of the model. Also, the components of creating a positive evaluation of the brand and its products and reducing the doubts and paranoia of the customers, which are at the highest level of the model and are among the consequences of the management of persuasive knowledge of the customers, were recognized as the components that have high dependency and influence power.

The recent economic developments have led to fundamental changes in the business landscape, especially in terms of the level of competition for emerging enterprises, pushing them towards instability and failure. In response to this unstable environment, entrepreneurial businesses have evolved based on knowledge-centric ideas, seeking to address market gaps through the discovery of a replicable and scalable business model. Due to the knowledge-centric nature of these businesses, they consciously or unconsciously implement aspects of knowledge management processes, necessitating the identification and organization of their knowledge capital as a crucial first step. In this context, this study aims to explore a model for knowledge differentiation in Iranian entrepreneurial companies. The study adopts a developmental objective, an exploratory approach, interpretivism philosophy, and utilizes qualitative content analysis as its analytical strategy. The study population consists of experts in the field of knowledge management and active individuals in Iranian entrepreneurial companies. These individuals, familiar with the working conditions of these companies, expressed their opinions on the research topic through semi-structured interviews. The interview process began and continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Participants were purposefully selected using the targeted sampling method, and after conducting 10 interviews, data saturation was reached. Following the interviews, the results were implemented, and descriptive content analysis using the maxqda software was employed. After content analysis, 41 different dimensions were extracted. Upon theoretical examination, appropriate names for the extracted dimensions were selected. The researcher, relying on prior knowledge and modeling processes from similar models, categorized the dimensions into 9 main processes of knowledge differentiation. By creating a logical sequence, the researcher innovatively devised a knowledge differentiation process model for Iranian entrepreneurial companies.
